To compensate the loss of the employees, we have specific policy. They are as follows:

  1. During the period of selection test, if any worker has an accident, Unified Overseas Ltd assesses the loss and bears all the expenditure for his treatment.
  2. If any employee is forced to return to his country during the contract period, we assess the loss considering the duration of the service, earned benefit and thus we take necessary steps to compensate financially or effective action is taken to recruit him in another organization just taking the minimum migration cost. Even though the new job requires any training, Unified Overseas Ltd bears the expenditure of the entire training cost.
