1. Advertisement of vacancies:
On receipt of the confirmed demand from the employers, Unified Overseas Ltd. collects applications through the following processes to prepare the eligible candidates for the employer.
- Newspaper advertisement
- Advertisement through website
- From the specialized departments
- Database of the job seekers of Unified Overseas Ltd.
2. Collecting applications/curriculum vitae:
Receipt applications are scrutinized by a committee of experts for short-listing as per the requirements of the employers. The short-listed applicants are sent to the employer for Interview and the final selection by the employer’s selection team. Unified Overseas Ltd. prefers the selection to be made by the employer or their authorized representatives directly.
3. Selection:
The employers or their representatives carry out interviews/trade tests and as well as do the final selection of candidates and Unified Overseas Ltd. provides the necessary assistance and logistic support such as issuing of interview cards, arranging suitable place for interview/written test and practical trade tests, if necessary.
Unified Overseas Ltd. may also select workers on behalf of the employers through their committee of expert, if so desired by the employers.
4. Medical Examination:
The finally selected candidates are sent for medical examination only to the appointed/authorized medical centers. Generally, they are examined at the medical centers which are enlisted by the embassy of the employer’s country.
