1. Demand  Letter:
Demand letter or job order from the foreign employers: The required qualifications, skills and other terms and conditions of service and benefits the employer would like to offer should be mentioned in the demand letter.

2. Power of Attorney:
Power of Attorney from the foreign employer to recruit workers and execute the visa processing formalities for the selected workers.

3. Employment Contract:
Standard form of employment contract should be sent to Unified Overseas Ltd. and the following conditions are to be evidently mentioned.

  1. Expenses of travels
  2. Wages
  3. Working hours and the details of holidays
  4. Overtime allowance
  5. Medical treatment facilities
  6. Food and accommodation
  7. And other conditions will be according to the Labour Laws of the destination country

(Note: Demand letter, power of attorney and employment contract must be attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and thereafter attested by the labour attaché or any authorized officer from the Bangladeshi mission of destination country.)

4. Visa advice or NOC:
Permission from the competent authority for the employment of Bangladeshi workers in the destination country should be sent to Unified Overseas Ltd.

5. Agency Agreement:
The employers may enter into an agency agreement with Unified Overseas Ltd. to ensure the terms and conditions of service and benefits.
